The $235,000 median in March 2026 came from only five sales and sits well below the neighborhood's usual price range, so treat it with caution. Most other months had one to four sales, which makes this a limited sample. Homes here mostly feed Riverton High (83%) and Hidden Valley Middle (74%), while elementary assignments split between Mountain Point (53%) and Ridge View.
