Homes here feed Skyridge High and Traverse Mountain Elementary (99% each), while middle school splits between Lehi Middle (67%) and Viewpoint Middle. HOA dues run a median of $104 monthly. Monthly medians are available only for the months with enough sales: $979,500 in December 2025, $1,100,000 in February 2026 and $1,042,000 in April, with sale-to-list ratios of 96.1%, 99.4% and 98.5%. Days on market in those months moved from 52 to 10 to 20. With 43 listings over the past year and many months showing only one to three sales, the sample is limited, and new-listing medians of roughly $1.15 million to $1.29 million in recent months sit above those sold medians.
