Tucked into Washington County at the foothills of the Red Cliffs National Conservation Area, Santa Clara offers some of the most beautiful landscape anywhere in southern Utah. It is its own city, originally settled in 1854 but is considered part of the St. George Metro area. Although not necessarily with in the city borders, Snow Canyon is considered a part of Santa Clara but technically sits just north hugging the Red Mountains. This area is filled with golf courses, gated communities, high-end Adobe homes and estates.
