Little Valley

Little Valley is located in St. George, southern Utah and features hundreds of homes, thriving community, and one of the highest rated schools in the area. Little Valley is located east of Bloomington Hills and about 15 minutes from Interstate 15 on the south side of St. George. It’s close to the St. George airport yet not in the flight pattern. It’s home to the Feels of Little Valley, the Little Valley Pickleball Complex, several other parks, churches, and residential micro neighborhoods.

Little Valley is the areas fastest-growing new development. Originally an agricultural and equestrian area, Little Valley has now exploded in population. Within the last couple of years, several hundred new residences have made their way into the south eastern edge of the Valley. The area has invested into multiple road projects, libraries, fire stations, and new schools to be built out over the next few years. Most lots are around 8000 ft.², however, there are some larger lots and premier homesites still available. Several homes have even been featured in the Parade of Homes, but you’ll find excellent starter homes as well as luxury estates.

Individual neighborhoods throughout Little Valley include, Meadow Valley Estates, Little Valley Ranchos, Little Valley Ranch Estates, Rancho Verde Estates, and the Knolls at Little Valley.

Residents love this area because it’s not too far from town yet practically is its own micro town without being too mainstream. There are soccer fields, sports courts, and affordable homes starting at just $250,000. There’s literally something for everyone in this popular neighborhood of St. George. Residents enjoy low utility rates, dozens of parks and trails, and home prices ranging from the low $300,000 to over $1 million.

Schools

Some residents are part of the Washington County school district but border on the Desert Hills school boundaries. Most students are assigned to the Little Valley Elementary school, the Bloomington kelp Hills Junior high school, and the Desert Hills High school. These are some of the top-rated schools in the district in the area. The Sunset Ridge Intermediate School is also located in Little Valley. Shops, restaurants, markets, and more commercial amenities as well as the closest on-ramp to Interstate 15 is about 12 minutes West or approximately 4 miles. This community is easily accessible from the north by River road or from the West along E. Brigham Rd.
