Treasure Valley
Treasure Valley it is a neighborhood in Washington offering single-family homes with Southwest and Tuscan style architecture built out around 2010 - 2012. This open community features both one- and two-story designs, a 6 acre Treasure Valley Park and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Most of the homes are three, four, or five bedrooms with two or three bathrooms from about 1800 ft.² to 2500 ft.². Most homes sit on about one quarter of an acre. Several of the homes have backyard swimming pools as well, fenced yards, and establish landscaping.
The treasure Valley is a master-planned community just south of E 3930 S. and north of W 4200 S. about 10 minutes from downtown St. George and Washington.
The Treasure Valley Park
The Treasure Valley Park is one of the community’s premier amenities located along S. Luxury Ln. and Treasure Valley Road. This approximately 3-acre park features a playground, basketball courts, cabana, trail, lots of green space, and plenty of parking. The park also boasts an amphitheater, five picnic areas, large playing field, restrooms, and cement pad.
Schools
Residents are part of the Washington County school district and are assigned to the Majestic Fields elementary school, the Crimson Cliffs middle school and the Crimson Cliffs high school. These schools are between 1 to 3 miles from most homes in Treasure Valley. Other nearby schools include the St. George Academy, the Sunset Ridge intermediate school and the Desert Hills high school. HOA
