Sugar Plum is one of southern Utah’s newest home developments built by Enc Homes. Located just off of Southern Pkwy. in Washington, UT, minutes from St. George and the Zion National Park, Sugar Plum offers primarily single-story properties but there are two out of the 10 floor plans currently available with two-story design. Most homes are three, four, and five bedroom layouts with either three or four bathrooms, and your choice of a two or three car garage depending on layout. Home sizes are from 1500 ft.² to about 2500 ft.² and current prices range from $280,000 to about $410,000.

There are no current details on homeowner association fees for Sugar Plum but it is a smaller community currently being built out so these fees and dues may change over time. This is not a gated community but easily accessible on South Camino Real or East 3650 S. the properties border the Jeppesen wash debris basin reservoir to the east and there are no more homesites or communities currently east or directly south of Sugar Plum.
Residents are less than 10 minutes to the St. George Regional Airport and about 10 to 15 minutes from downtown St. George, Washington, and Interstate 15. The Treasure Valley Park is right around the corner as well as the Fields that Little Valley, Silk would Park, and the Little Valley Pickleball Complex. Residence with school age children will be assigned to the Washington County school district. Most children attend the Crimson View elementary school, the Desert Hills middle school, and the Desert Hills high school. These schools receive excellent ratings, and reviews from teachers, parents, and students alike. The middle school in the high school is about 5 miles from the entrance to Sugar Plum and the elementary school is just over 2 miles away. There are bus routes throughout this community.
