Brio is one of Washington's newest communities built by Cole West located just north of Interstate 15 off of W. Buena Vista Blvd. This was originally a 55+ active adult community offering resort living at its finest. Retired Magazine listed Brio in their top 50 communities in the US for its master plan design, positive impact, and economic health of the local towns and cities surrounding the community.
