Arroyo is a newer community located in the master-planned community of Sienna Hills in Washington Utah. Primarily built by Ence Homes and Carefree Homes, Arroyo is located off of Washington Parkway and just five minutes to Interstate 15, 20 minutes to Zion National Park, Snow Canyon State Park, and several other national preserves and trails.
Arroyo features nine floor plans starting at about 1590 ft.². Floor plans feature two or three car garages, and up to 2400 ft.² with three- or four-bedroom layouts and 2 to 4 bathrooms.
