Auburn Hills at Desert Color is one of St. George Utah's Newest Communities. Located in the Desert Color, Auburn Hills is part of the phase 1 development plan and will have a mix use of multi-family and single-family homes. This community is conveniently located right off the I-15, on Southern Highway, on the south end of St. George, Ut.

Dixie High School is approximately 7.8 miles and is a 14-minute drive, Bloomington Elementary is approximately 3.3 miles and is an 8-minute drive.
