From Snowville you follow SR30 until the cut off to Lucin on the South and Grouse Creek on the North. Follow Pilot Mountain Road to the sout. Past the railroad tracks you will see Lucin Pond on the East. About a quarter mile past the pond go West on Tucoma Road about a mile until you arrive at the property. On the way to the property there is a small pioneer cemetery on a bluff, to the south of Tucoma Road with a couple of marked graves. The property has several washes on the South and East sides. Access to the Northern side of the property might be best accessed through the large wash that is just south of the Lucin Pond before Tucoma Road. The property has beautiful views of the mountains all around and there are no visible dwellings from the property. You can see Lucin Pond to the East and the Railroad Tracks to the north. The property is about 25 miles from Montello, Nevada which has limited services which include a post office, Gas & Grocery, Bar & Grill and Motel. Wendover Nevada is to the south about 40 miles. I have seen Deer, Elk, Antelope, Rabbit, Ground Squirrel, and even some Wild Stallion in the area. Vegetation consists mostly of prairie grass, sagebrush and some wildflowers. There were some wet areas down in the wash. You can see Pilot Peak to the South and Bald Eagle Mountain to the South West. The property is about 7 or 8 miles from the Sun Tunnels.
