Whitworth Estates is a new 40 home site community built by Holmes Homes. These homes range from 3200 sq ft to 5000 sq ft. They will featured 2 & 3 car garages, single or double story layouts. Home layouts consist of 3-5 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms and start in the mid 500k and go up to 800k. Whitworth Estates homes will feature larger 1/3 acre lots with fully landscaped yards. Schools
