Treasure Valley it is a neighborhood in Washington offering single-family homes with Southwest and Tuscan style architecture built out around 2010 - 2012. Schools

Residents are part of the Washington County school district and are assigned to the Majestic Fields elementary school, the Crimson Cliffs middle school and the Crimson Cliffs high school. These schools are between 1 to 3 miles from most homes in Treasure Valley. Other nearby schools include the St. George Academy, the Sunset Ridge intermediate school and the Desert Hills high school. HOA

Homeowners are part of the Treasure Valley homeowner’s association and are required to make annual Association dues of approximately $220. As these fees can change, it’s important to check with current listings on exact prices. Dues cover common area maintenance, landscaping, and management.
