In Utah’s Washington County, is the 2,600 acre Coral Canyon housing development, a neighborhood of open spaces for recreation, community areas, and beautifully designed homes. The houses here range from two to seven bedrooms, and two to seven bathrooms perfect for families of all sizes. Floor plans range from 1,000 to 4,000 square feet. Prices are listed at $250,000 to $750,000.
Coral Canyon is run by a Homeowners Association and dues are $47 a month except for the Petroglyph homes which are $75. That money is spent making sure that the community remains one that people are proud to live in by keeping the common areas maintained and funding activities.
This neighborhood is perfect for people who love the outdoors and want to stay active. There are 10.7 miles of walking trails, three pools (two outdoors and one indoors), a weight room, and courts for tennis and pickleball. For those with little ones who need to burn off energy, there are enough parks in the area to go to a different one every day of the week. Tee-time could be all the time at Coral Canyon, the community is located next to a luxurious 7,000 yard golf course. People who live in the development get a discount on their rates but the dress code must be followed if you want to play.
Southwestern Utah is sunny and warm for a majority of the year and Coral Canyon is in a great spot to take advantage of the outdoors. The community has a fishing lake and is located only a short drive away from several state and national parks, including Zion National Park and Red Cliffs Nature Preserve. For even more adventure, the Grand Canyon is only a four hour drive from the development.
Just because Coral Canyon is a hub for outdoor recreation, doesn’t mean that people who live here are isolated. The city of Washington is a ten minute drive away and the bigger city of Saint George is fifteen minutes away. St George contains many of the restaurants and shopping areas nearby, including the Red Cliffs mall and an In-N-Out Burger.
Families with younger children will be pleased to learn that Coral Canyon Elementary is right next to the development. However, the nearest middle and high school are down in Saint George.
Coral Canyon is a well designed community set against the backdrop of Utah’s colored cliffs and wide open blue skies. With all that it provides, the neighborhood is more than just a place to live it’s a place to call home.
