Buena Vista is a subdivision in Washington Utah located just north of Interstate 15 between N. Green Spring Dr. and West Buena Vista Drive. This community is close to shops, restaurants, neighboring golf courses, and access to the interstate making it an ideal location for those that commute to and from cities within Washington County.
The community sits adjacent to the Green Springs golf course and covers about 200 homes. These are non-gated homes accessible along cactus Lane. Prices are between $250,000 and $320,000. The majority of homes are single-story, two and three-bedroom layouts and between 1100 ft.² and 2200 ft.². These homes were built back in the 1980s so you’ll likely find a lot of trilevel homes, ramblers, and large lots with huge backyards and mature landscaping.
Schools
Residents are part of the Washington County school district and are assigned to the Sandstone elementary school less than a mile away, the Pine View middle school, and the Pine View high school.
But, the location is really ideal. Just a couple of minutes south along North Green Spring Drive and across the freeway you’ll find red Robin, sonic, In-N-Out Burger, multiple shops, restaurants, markets, parks, and more. This a well-established community offers affordable homes, close to freeway access and amenities, and established landscaping. If you’ve been looking for a well shaded backyard, gorgeous trees, and affordable properties, Buena Vista is it.
This is a popular location for those also looking to rent a property or by an investment home. There are a lot of properties between 1100 ft.² and 1700 ft.², two and three-bedroom layouts, an ideal situation for rental properties. Currently there are no homeowner association fees with Buena Vista but be sure to check with current listings as homes have been remodeled or revamped by particular builders and may require association dues for a certain section of the community.
