The Ledges St George

Tee time could be any time at The Ledges Golf Community located in St. George Utah. The Escapes includes three to four bedroom homes with two to four-and-a-half bathrooms, and two car garages. Dimensions range from 1800-2700 square feet and prices range from $300,000-$400,000.

Fish Rock houses include two to four bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three bathrooms, and two to three car garages. Dimensions range from 1800-2700 square feet and prices range from $442,000-$617,000.

Northgate Peaks prices start in the $300,000s with dimensions ranging from 2000-2500 square feet. Houses here include three to four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and one to three car garages.

Hidden Pinyon features customizable two and four bedroom houses, three to four bathrooms, and three car garages. Dimensions range from 2500-3400 square feet and prices range from $500,000-$700,000.

Pocket Mesa has homes with three to four bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and three car garages. Dimensions range from 2000-2300 square feet and prices range from $342,500-$412,500.

Sand Cove is still mostly under construction but prices for the lots start at $100,000.

White Rocks housing prices range from $390,000-$490,000 and the dimensions are 1800-2500 square feet. They include two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two to three car garages.

HOA and Amenities

HOA dues vary depending on the neighborhood but they range from $75-$85. The dues take care of private yard and common area maintenance along with general membership fees. Residents will enjoy a number of amenities including an 18-hole golf course, Pro Shop, lounge, and Fish Rock Grille. There is also a community pool and hot tub, and pickleball court.

Vacation Rentals

If you are just looking for a part-time home and want to help cover the costs, The Fairways, The Escapes and Sand Cove are designed to also be used as vacation rentals. Homeowners make their houses available to rent when they aren’t staying there and The Ledges Vacation Rentals manages the renters. Guests of the rentals can use the amenities only if LVR manages the property. Rates range from $199-$590 a night depending on the season and time of year.
