Sale-to-list ratios have generally run close to full price, between 91% and 100%. All homes here feed Tintic High, though middle and elementary assignments split, with roughly two-thirds of students going to Eureka Elementary. Given the small monthly sample sizes, buyers and sellers should treat any single month's median price as a limited-sample snapshot rather than a firm trend.
