Highaland Park is a small, older Salt Lake City neighborhood with limited sample sizes, where 80 of 84 homes with build data predate 1970 and the average year built is 1942. Typical homes have about 1,895 square feet on roughly 0.15-acre lots, with no HOA fee. Homes mostly feed Highland High (95%), Hillside Middle (91%), and Highland Park Elementary (89%).
