Tava Resort community has an HOA and includes access to two luxury pools, lazy river, splash pad, clubhouse, pickle ball courts, tennis court, racquetball court, fitness center, and art center.

Schools

Residents of Tava Resort are part of the Washington County school district and are assigned to local schools in Hurricane including Three Falls elementary school, Hurricane middle school, and Hurricane high school. Currently these schools are between seven and 8 miles from Tava but closer schools may be constructed in the future.

Directions

Drive south on Sand Hollow Road turn west onto 3150 W(Park Avenue). Turn South onto South Desert Sands Drive. At Round about take second exit onto Retreat Drive.
