4
active + pending
Homes in Corinne that have not yet closed — includes Active, Pending, Active Under Contract, and Coming Soon. Pending is included because a deal under contract can fall through, so the home still counts as unsold inventory until it actually closes. Pulled live from the MLS.

About Corinne

Living in Corinne

Corinne is a small town in Box County, Utah with a population of about 1,000. It is one of the best places to live in Utah if you are looking for a peaceful, charming small town atmosphere.

Located just a few miles outside of Brigham City, Corinne is a small farming community that has a unique history in comparison to other Utah towns. Most other towns and cities in the area were settled by Pioneers from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, but Corinne was settled by a diverse group of pioneers from different religions, and some who were not religious at all.

Once a bustling hub for the Union Pacific Railroad, expected to become the state capitol, it is now a peaceful, quiet town on the east side of the Great Salt Lake near I-84.

What to Do in Corinne

Visit Golden Spike National Historic Park to learn more about the history of the town, and the history of the first transcontinental railroad across the United States. Corinne is the location of the last railroad spike installed to complete the railroad, and its location is now a protected national historical site.

Another interesting and educational place to stop is the ATK Rocket Garden, where rockets from the past 70 years are on display outside, free to the public.

A quick drive into Brigham City is all you need for more shopping, dining, and entertainment. Salt Lake City is under an hour away if you need an airport, major hospital, or additional retail shopping.

Why People Love Living in Corinne

Residents of Corinne take pride in its unique history and enjoy living in a tight knit farming community. Corinne was one of the first towns in Utah to have churches from many religions and denominations, and that heritage remains a part of the town’s culture.

Anyone who enjoys all four seasons will like living in Corinne, where summers are hot enough to enjoy playing in the lake and winters get enough snow for cross country skiing and white Christmases.
