55+ Community

All homes in SunRiver are a 55 and older community. Utah law states that only 80% of residents need to be over the age of 55. SunRiver HOA has the deciding factor on the rest of the residents if they can live in the community. Currently SunRiver is letting people of the ages 45 and older in the community but its case by base scenario.
